Smoking and Oral Health

-Smoking leads to dental problems, including bad breath, tooth discoloration, increased plaque build up on the teeth, and an increased risk of developing gum disease, which leads to tooth loss. Smoking also delays the healing process following tooth extraction and increases the risk of developing oral cancer. It's never too late to quit smoking. Regardless of how long you have used tobacco products, quitting now can greatly reduce serious risks to your health.

  1. Great info! I recently across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have.
